We use the offal from freshly slaughtered Dorset animals. Our products are not mass produced and rely on fresh ingredients to produce our products, for this reason we cannot guarantee the exact same ingredients in every batch, but we can guarantee, that all our cakes contain a high quality mix of offal from (where possible) Dorset farm reared animals.
